Cada uma das jurisdições envolvidas, adotará as medidas que se revelam necessárias para efetivamente implementar a liquidez partilhada no poker.

Acordo sobre “liquidez partilhada” no Poker Online

As entidades reguladores do jogo online de França, Portugal, Espanha e Itália vão assinar em Roma, no dia 6 de julho de 2017, um Acordo sobre “liquidez partilhada no poker online”.

Este Acordo estabelece a base para a cooperação entre as referidas entidades, após o que, cada uma das jurisdições envolvidas, adotará as medidas que se revelam necessárias para efetivamente implementar a liquidez partilhada no poker.

Na sequência da assinatura do Acordo será divulgado um comunicado de imprensa.

The French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian online gambling regulatory authorities will sign an agreement concerning online poker liquidity sharing on 6 July 2017 in Rome.

This agreement will set the basis for cooperation between the signing Authorities and will be followed by further necessary steps within each of the jurisdictions involved in order to effectively allow for liquidity poker tables.

Convention relative au partage des liquidités de poker en ligne Les autorités de régulation espagnole, française, italienne et portugaise signeront une convention relative au partage des liquidités de poker en ligne le 6 juillet 2017 à Rome.

Cette convention constituera la base de la coopération entre les autorités signataires dans ce domaine et sera suivie de mesures complémentaires nécessaires dans chaque juridiction impliquée pour permettre la mise en place effective des tables de poker mutualisées.

Un communiqué de presse conjoint suivra la signature.

The Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish online gambling regulatory authorities will sign an agreement concerning online poker liquidity sharing on 6 July 2017 in Rome.

ESPANHA

 

Acuerdo relativo a la liquidez compartida para el juego de póquer

El próximo 6 de julio las autoridades francesa, portuguesa, española e italiana de juego en línea firmarán en Roma un acuerdo relativo a la liquidez compartida para el juego de póquer en sus respectivas jurisdicciones.

Este acuerdo sentará las bases para la cooperación entre las autoridades firmantes en tal marco y será seguido por los desarrollos que dentro de cada jurisdicción resulten necesarios en orden a hacer posible la liquidez para el juego del póquer.

Tras la firma del acuerdo se publicará un comunicado de prensa conjunto.
